Digital Products

Since our reports are digitally generated and delivered immediately after payment, we generally do not offer refunds once a report has been successfully generated and delivered.

When We Will Refund

We will issue a full refund if:

• Your payment was deducted but no report was generated or delivered.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• There is a technical error on our end that prevented report delivery.

How to Request a Refund

Consulting & Premium Packages

For Consulting and Family Premium packages, a refund may be requested before the consultation session is scheduled. Once the session has been confirmed or conducted, no refund will be issued.
